Sizing guide
Newborn vs 0–3M pajamas
The difference is mostly weight. NB is for babies up to 10 lb. 0-3M starts at 8 lb. In the 8–10 lb overlap, height tells you which fits better.
Newborn (NB)
Includes fold-over scratch mitts. Sized for hospital discharge through the first few weeks.
0–3M
Also includes fold-over scratch mitts. Fits from around hospital weight through about 3 months.
If your baby weighs 8–10 lb:
At 21–21.5 inches, Newborn fits well. At 22 inches and above, 0-3M will give more room in the length. Use height as the tiebreaker.
Most babies come home from the hospital in Newborn. The transition to 0-3M happens quickly — usually within the first few weeks as weight crosses 10 lb. Some bigger babies skip Newborn entirely and go straight to 0-3M.
Both sizes include fold-over scratch mitts that snap over the hands in the first weeks. Our pajamas are cut to fit snugly, which meets CPSC fire-safety standards without added flame retardants.
