Information we collect

• Contact form and email: if you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you.
• Orders: our products are sold on Amazon. Amazon processes your order, payment and delivery under Amazon’s own privacy notice. We do not receive your payment details, and we use any order information Amazon shares with us only to fulfill and support your order.
• Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics to count page visits. Plausible is cookieless — it collects no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking, only aggregate anonymized traffic counts. No advertising cookies are set on this site.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Amazon links: outbound Amazon links on this site carry Amazon Attribution tags used to measure which pages send shoppers to Amazon. We share no personal data with Amazon through these links.

Our Amazon seller data

We use Amazon’s Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API to read our own seller account’s business data (sales, traffic, listings, inventory, settlements and advertising reports) for internal reporting. We don’t request or store Amazon customers’ personal information through these APIs. We don’t sell or share this data, and it’s used only by our own team.

How we protect information

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with providers that encrypt it at rest. Access is limited to our team, using accounts protected by multi-factor authentication.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and reply to messages (such as our website host and form provider), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Hello@liyahloom.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we honor those requests.

Children

This site is for parents and caregivers. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
